Pressure Washing Next Week

The Association will be having the street gutters pressure washed Thursday and Friday of this week on 4/21 and 4/22. Please do not park in the street or obstructing the “street gutters” on the following days according to the attached map. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for the slight inconvenience. New Board Takes the Dais
Although there was no quorum and the annual meeting could not be held, the lack of candidates made no board election necessary. Joining the existing 4 board members is new member Nikki Grippa. Thank you Nikki for stepping up to run.

Nikki Grippa (Secretary), Sandy Mast, Lilian Basso (Treasurer), Saen Olson (President), Dave Blackburn (VP).
Tennis Court Closed Monday, April 11
“Dear homeowners.
The tennis court and parking area work for tomorrow, Thursday, April 7th has been canceled due to a vendor issue. The parking lot and tennis court will be open. The work has been rescheduled for Monday, April 11th and will have the parking lot and tennis court closed for the day in order to replace the damaged concrete tennis court light pole. Please do not park your vehicle in the parking lot as there will be a crane present. We apologize for the inconvenience.
