On Monday, June 15th, Fibernow will begin the construction phase of the fiber optic service upgrade within Siena Oaks. This document provides an overview of the construction phase that is expected to last approximately two months.

September 27, 2025 Dear Residents, Please be advised that your Board of Directors is making a change in Property Managers. Beginning November 1st, Seacrest Services will be our new Property Manager. GRS will continue in that role through October. We ask for your patience for the next few months as we transition and Seacrest integrates into our community. Please keep your eyes open for multiple communications from Seacrest via email and/or USPS during the month of October.
