Dear Residents, In the coming days, you will receive the second notice of our Annual Meeting, which will be held on March 17th. The primary purpose of this meeting is to elect new Directors to serve on the Board for the upcoming year. This year, two Directors will be elected from the Patio Homes and one Director from the Estate Homes. For the Estate Homes, only one candidate has submitted an application; therefore, no election will be required for that seat. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the most significant technology upgrade for the community since it was built in the early 1990s. On January 13, 2025, following a 7 month evaluation process, the Board voted 4-1 to execute a 10-year contract with Fibernow that will result in the installation of a modern, fiber optic network to provide bulk internet and video service to all Siena Oaks homes.
