Dear Siena Oaks Residents,
This is notice of a Board of Directors Meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Siena Oaks Clubhouse. Please click here for the meeting agenda.
Late this week, the Association was made aware of construction activity that will occur next week on city-owned property at the entrance to the Siena Oaks community. Residents may see equipment working for one to two days along Allamanda Drive, leading into Burns Road. Please be advised that this work is not affiliated with Siena Oaks or Fibernow and will remain entirely within city-owned property and right-of-way. This notice is being provided for resident awareness.
Please be advised that Timberland Tree Service will begin Phase 1 of the Association's three-year phased tree trimming plan on Monday, September 14. Phase 1 will include tree trimming along Siena Oaks Circle West, from 101 through 1041 Siena Oaks Circle West. Residents in the affected area are asked to use caution while crews are actively working and to avoid parking near active tree trimming operations, if applicable. Thank you for your cooperation as we begin this scheduled community maintenance project.
