Parking, Trash and Irrigation Reminders

Dear Siena Oaks Residents,

Please take a moment to review these important community reminders regarding parking, trash, and irrigation.

PARKING REMINDERS:

  • Do not park on sidewalks at any time. Blocking sidewalks with vehicles, or other items is prohibited by the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
  • Street parking is not permitted between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
  • Trucks, vans, motor homes, campers, boats, trailers, and similar vehicles may not be parked on any property within Siena Oaks unless they are fully contained within your garage.
  • Vehicles in violation are subject to fines and/or towing at the owner’s expense.

TRASH & DEBRIS REMINDERS:

  • Garbage Pickup: Wednesday & Saturday
  • Vegetative Debris & Large Household Items: Wednesday only
  • For large piles of debris, please contact Waste Management at 561-547-4000 for assistance.

TENNIS COURT DUMPSTER:

Please DO NOT use the dumpster located by the tennis court. This dumpster is intended for Fibernow use only and is not available for resident trash, household items, or landscaping debris.

IRRIGATION REMINDER:

Following the recent Fibernow construction, please take a moment to run and check your irrigation system.
