Watering Restrictions in Place for Gardens’ Residents and Businesses

Palm Beach Gardens follows the 3-day a week water restrictions put in place by the South Florida Water Management District for Palm Beach County.  A detailed schedule can be found here.  There are exceptions for new lawns and landscaping which can be found here.

These restrictions are  not new, but have been added to the General Information for Residents section of the Siena Oaks Homeowners Association website.

Tree Cutting to Commence June 29th

For three to four days starting June 29th, 2015, tree trimming will be in progress throughout the neighborhood.   Please give the crews and chipper trucks plenty of room as you drive through our streets.   As some trees extend over driveways, you may want to consider parking elsewhere as they work near your unit.

Please note:

  • During the trimming, the vendor will only trim trees on the front lawn of your lot. Please do not ask the crew to do otherwise.
  • Trimming of the trees on the rear and side yard is the responsibility of the owner to maintain at their expense. You may contact the vendor (Zimmerman Tree Service (561) 968-1045) to receive a quote.

For more information, please contact property manager Raul at 561-252-9574 , or send an email to rmedina@grsmgt.com

Update: Proposed Assisted Living Facility on Alamanda and Prosperity Farms

A small contingent of your neighbors attended the zoning hearing to voice their opposition to changing the vacant lots from residential to commercial. One of those individuals was Mr. Rollo, the vice president. He spoke eloquently and demonstratively in pointing out eight specific reasons for the Zoning Board to deny the zoning change from residential to commercial for the area on the corner of Prosperity Farms Rd. and Allamanda.

The Zoning Board denied the request and the lots will remain zoned residential. Thank You, GRS Management on behalf of the board of directors
