Annual Meeting Rescheduled
The rescheduled meeting will be on Thursday May 15 at 7pm at Tropical Sands Church. You should be receiving a new ballot and proxy in the mail along with detailed instructions on how to submit them. If you plan to attend the meeting, please arrive by 7pm so that a quorum can be determined.
If you have questions or don’t receive the ballot/proxy please contact the office.
Annual Meeting to be Rescheduled with New Proxies and Ballots
The HOA attorney made the announcement at a brief meeting on April 17th. Instructions to the property owners were confusing and there were misunderstandings that led to an inability to certify a quorum via the proxies and to validate the ballots that were submitted. The attorney’s firm will pay for mailing new proxies and ballots to all of the homeowners in the next few days, accompanied by detailed instructions. Siena Oaks will not incur any costs for this rescheduled Annual Meeting.
The date and location of the meeting has not yet been determined. Watch for the mailing and for an announcement of the date.
Postponed Annual Meeting Rescheduled
The sum of the lots represented by proxy or in person at Tropical Sands on March 27 fell nine short of a quorum. Consequently, another meeting will be held on April 17 at the Siena Oaks clubhouse.
Most ballots for the Patio Homes director position were collected at the meeting or by mail, but they cannot be counted until a meeting is convened with a quorum.
Annual Meeting March 27

Joe Lipofsky – Director SOHA
The City of Palm Beach Gardens is currently engaged in a bridge maintenance program which will include the entrance bridge over the canal at the Siena Oaks entrance from Burns Road. Plans are not set in stone, but the road will likely be closed for three weeks in June.
Jamie Voss, Assistant City Manager and Communications Director, provided the following:
The City is currently updating the plans and will bid the rehabilitation project next month. Staff anticipates construction to start in June and be complete by late July. It will require the shutdown of Allamanda Drive for approximately three (3) weeks.
The contract award will be a council item. The selected contractor will be responsible for the Maintenance of Traffic plan, and the City requires advanced warning signs to go up a minimum of one (1) week before a full road closure occurs
