Welcome to our New Property Manager – David Offerman

Welcome to our New Property Manager!

To Siena Oaks Residents:

We invite you to give a warm welcome to our new Siena Oaks property manager, David Offerman.

A recent Florida resident, David starts at our Siena Oaks office this week from GRS Community Management.

He recently earned his State of Florida CAM (community association manager) License after moving to Palm Beach County from Atlanta, Georgia. While in Atlanta, David had a fascinating career in aircraft maintenance, technology and avionics for Delta Air Lines and Lockheed Martin. He also worked for several years in full-time property management for both HOAs and condo communities in the Atlanta area.

While interviewing David, we were impressed with his organizational and communication skills, and his attention to detail. These skills will be very beneficial to our community.

As always, you can reach David and all board members by email at: manager@sienaoakshoa.com.

Office phone: 561-622-9532.
Office hours:
2-6 pm on M – Tu – Th;
8:30 am -12:30 pm on W – Fr.

We look forward to working with David and hope you have a chance to welcome him to Siena Oaks!

Thank you,

Your Siena Oaks Board
Lillian, Sandy, Dave & Saen

Halloween is this coming Sunday!

We are looking forward to seeing all the children dressed up in their costumes.

Safety First:

Please be on the watch for children, families, and pets that might be walking in the street.

Drive slowly, as always, through the neighborhood.

Your Light Posts:

Please be sure to replace any lightbulbs that are not working on your lamp post by the driveway. It gets very dark at night when these lamp posts are not working.

If your lamp post sensor is not functional for dusk-to-dawn lighting, be sure to replace that sensor before Sunday. Note that it is the responsibility of each resident for maintaining a properly working lamp post at their home year-round.

Let’s make our Halloween celebrations a memorable, fun time for all the children in Siena Oaks.

Never forget, safety first.

Finally, we love the creativity of many of our residents who have decorated their homes for Halloween.

Here is a link to the Halloween Photo Album of these festive houses on our Facebook page (“Siena Oaks of Palm Beach Gardens”).

Thank you,
Your Siena Oaks Board
Lillian, Sandy, Dave & Saen

Siena Oaks Road Repaving Update 10/22/2021

After review by our attorney, the contract with All-County Paving Solutions has been signed.

Federal Engineering & Testing was also hired to oversee the entire repaving project. They will be on-site next Tuesday morning, October 26, to start the various tests of the existing pavement which are required prior to repaving.

All-County has advised that there is an approximately three-month window for permitting, surveys, etc.

As of now, All-County is looking to start the work at the beginning of the first quarter of 2022.

We will keep everyone updated as the date approaches via email, website, and our Facebook page (“Siena Oaks of Palm Beach Gardens”).

Thank you,
Lillian, Sandy, Dave & Saen

Power Outage Explained

Siena Oaks Homeowners,

GRS inquired into what caused the recent power outage and was advised that an Oak tree near the corner of Allamanda Blvd and Burns Rd was the culprit.

FP&L also advised that customers can visit www.FPL.com/trees to report any vegetation they believe is interfering with power lines.

Thank you.
