Several alligator’s have been spotted in the canal behind Siena Oaks Circle West. Please use extreme caution allowing children and pets near the water.
The FWC (Fish & Wildlife Commission) has been contacted.
Property Manager Update (2/20/20):
The FWC trapper was onsite yesterday morning. He said he was going to search the canal behind Siena Oaks west, and if he found anything, he would bring it by the office for me to view. Since I was gone by 12:30pm, I don’t know if the gator was trapped or not. I will follow up with FWC this afternoon.

All HOA common area hedges affected by the white fly infestation are in the process of being treated. Homeowner’s who wish to receive an estimate for treatment from our landscape company may send a request to our property manager at manager@sienaoakshoa.com. Also, some residents are choosing to remove their hedges and replace them with white fly resistant ones.
Remember, if you choose to remove and replace your hedges, an ACC application MUST be submitted.

Leaving your hurricane shutters up after a storm can be dangerous, such as the problems it caused in this Royal Palm Beach story.
Authorities said the shutters, up a month after Hurricane Dorian, made it hard to find the fire’s source. They want homeowners to take their shutters down.
With our new landscape company starting last week, 9/17/19, and after receiving a few compliments, complaints & concerns, a few members of your BOD’s met with the supervisors responsible for our community.
