As a reminder, the community sidewalk and entrance intersection will be pressure washed starting Wednesday, April 30th through Friday, May 2nd. Weather permitting. Please make sure not obstruct or park on the sidewalk especially on these days or have your car in the driveway and extending over onto the sidewalks.

The white walking gate from the Estate Homes to North Palm Beach has been broken. Please do not try to use it as it has been secured so that we can have it repaired.
