Dear Siena Oaks Residents,

We are planning a "Meet & Greet" for Tuesday, June 10 at 7:00PM at Pool Deck/Clubhouse. This will be an opportunity for those that attend to meet the Board members in attendance, ask questions and convey what is important to them in our community. Board meetings are for Directors to discuss issues with limited opportunity for residents to contribute. This will be an opportunity for Residents to speak one on one to Directors and voice their recommendations/concerns for the community.

Directors will not be discussing HOA business with one another at the event, therefore it is not a Board Meeting.

The community is scheduled to be fertilized on Monday, June 2nd , weather permitting. The areas of the community that will be fertilized are the "common areas" and the front lawns of the homes up to the gate door or front yard fence. If you wish to have your front yard fertilized, please make sure to take down the BLUE AND/OR RED REFLECTORS the night before or by 7am Monday morning.

Backyards are only being done if the homeowner previously contacted the landscaping vendor before May 10th, opted in, and made payment arrangements with the vendor for the extra service.
