Urgent Notice: Aggressive Breed Dog Attack
Yesterday, Thursday, May 12, in the late afternoon, a homeowner who was walking their dog in the vicinity of 1080 Siena Oaks Circle East was involved in a totally unprovoked attack by an unrestrained aggressive breed.
A car was driving past and the dog jumped out of the moving car’s open window.
Fortunately, the individual and their dog were not severely injured. A complaint/report is being filed by the victim with PBG Police/Animal Control.
Fortunately, there is a photo of the vehicle and license plate. We do not know if this vehicle or pet belongs to a resident or visitor of the community.
Previously, over the past few weeks, several people in the community have reported instances of neighborhood dogs roaming the neighborhood loose or off their leashes.
*** TO BE CLEAR:
ALL DOGS, NO MATTER WHAT SIZE OR TYPE, ARE TO BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES IN THE SIENA OAKS COMMUNITY. *** NO EXCEPTIONS.
What You Should Do:
If you see or experience any such instances with loose dogs, you need to immediately call Palm Beach Gardens Police at #911 or on their non-emergency number (561-799-4445), based on the urgency of the situation.
They will dispatch a police officer and possibly a PBG code enforcement officer to issue a citation to the dog’s owner and make record of the situation, as needed.
We understand that some neighbors may be hesitant to call the police, however, this is the best course of action.
Why, you ask?
Reporting it by phone or email to my office will *not* result in action as I am not permitted to make a report on your behalf or file a complaint on incidents that I have not witnessed.
Let’s watch out for each other;
It’s important for all of us to work together to keep all neighbors safe, including our children, the elderly, and our pets.
If you have any questions or other concerns, please feel free to contact me at 561-622-9532or send email to manager@sienaoakshoa.com.

We apologize for this unforeseen circumstance and appreciate your patience and understanding in completing this project.

HAPPENING NOW:
Afternoon paving change-
The workers are paving the stretch of Siena Oaks West, and it will be closed completely;
** BOTH lanes will be closed for the next 3 hrs. ((Except for emergency.))
There was an equipment issue, so they are now spraying the black tar concoction on both lanes at same time.
PLUS-
They are also milling all the estates homes along Alllamanda.
Yellow and white lines are being added since the neighborhood is empty right now.
ACCESS:
People who live on the cross streets should come in and out on SO Circle East.
SPREAD THE WORD.
Thank you!

1. The “paving days” have changed by one day;

Remember to park *only on one side of the streets.*
