Siena Oaks Annual Meeting Announcement
Siena Oaks Sidewalk Repairs
Dear Siena Oaks Residents,
We will be starting sidewalk and street gutter repairs in the community on Tuesday, March 4th through Thursday, March 6th. Weather permitting. They will be cutting/grinding ends of lifted sidewalk sections and street gutters. This will be done in sequential order according to the attached property map with numbered “green pins”. If you see the vendor working in the area of your home, you may want to move your vehicles or guest vehicles. This repair does not include sidewalk section replacements which will be addressed in a second phase at a later date.
There may be dust produced from this operation left on cars or lawns. The dust will be blown off with a blower. You may also use a water hose and just spray off vehicle as well. Please do not park in the driveway with the vehicle obstructing the sidewalks, street gutters, or on/along sidewalks/street gutters. You may be asked to move your vehicle if they are blocking the work area.
Regards,
David Offerman
