Update: Proposed Assisted Living Facility on Alamanda and Prosperity Farms
A small contingent of your neighbors attended the zoning hearing to voice their opposition to changing the vacant lots from residential to commercial. One of those individuals was Mr. Rollo, the vice president. He spoke eloquently and demonstratively in pointing out eight specific reasons for the Zoning Board to deny the zoning change from residential to commercial for the area on the corner of Prosperity Farms Rd. and Allamanda.
The Zoning Board denied the request and the lots will remain zoned residential. Thank You, GRS Management on behalf of the board of directors

New Directors Elected at Annual Meeting
The election for two of the three patio-side seats on the Siena Oaks Board of Directors, which drew 5 candidates, has been won by Marian Karwatt and Becky Rogers.
They will join patio-side incumbent Chet Fichlander and estate-side directors Marie Mauceri and Vince Rollo when the new board convenes on April 8.
Upcoming Meetings of Board and ACC
There will be a meeting of the Architectural Control Committee on Monday, March 9 at 7:30pm.
The Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, March 11 at 7:00pm.
Both meetings will be in the clubhouse.
